Counterfeit at Stubb's Indoors

British punk rock band Counterfeit made its debut in America at Stubbs Indoor in

Austin. This band completely brought their all with one of the best performances I have

ever seen. Lead singer Jamie Campbell Bower had said how being an actor taught him

what a good show should be and he showed that with his amazing stage presence. A small

stage couldn’t hold the band and so the band took it to the floor to sing with their fans

surrounding them. There was no such thing as barriers or personal space between

Counterfeit and the audience. At one point Bower had gotten a random crowd member to

hold Sam Bower (guitarist) on his shoulders as Sam shredded on the guitar. That kind of

wild energy lasted the whole night, creating a unique, memorable show.
